Individual Appointment, Not a Group Event
A private presentation is scheduled for you specifically โ not a shared sales centre event with 50 other buyers. You meet the builder's luxury sales team, their design director, and in some cases the project architect. The presentation focuses on your specific requirements: floor, exposure, layout, finishes, special requests.
Access to the Full Floor Plan Package
At private presentations, the full floor plan package โ including penthouses, sub-penthouses, and premium floor plans not shown publicly โ is available for review. Many luxury buyers are shown options that haven't been formally released yet, allowing them to influence the suite configuration before it's finalized.
Real Pricing, Real Incentives
Private presentations are where actual negotiation happens in the luxury market. Development charge caps, parking arrangements, finish upgrades, and deposit structure flexibility are all discussable at this stage โ and typically only at this stage. By the time a project goes to public launch, these terms are set.
Before the Market Knows
Our private presentations happen 48โ72 hours (or more) before any platinum, VIP, or public event. The buyer who signs at a private presentation has already chosen their suite before the event room opens.
Site Visits When Available
For projects where construction is sufficiently advanced, we arrange site visits โ hard-hat tours of the actual floor where your suite will be, views of the actual finishes being installed, and in some cases views from the suite level itself. This kind of access is available only through direct builder relationships.
