These suites are designed separately from the rest of the building: double-height or vaulted ceilings, private elevator lobbies with no shared corridor access, wraparound terraces with outdoor kitchens and glass railings, and finish packages that are entirely custom rather than drawn from the standard décor menu.
These suites are rarely available at public launch. Most are reserved at the platinum stage — or sold through private builder relationships before any formal launch event. Private Elevator Lobby
Dedicated elevator banks with keycard access to the penthouse floor — no shared corridor, no neighbours at the same level, no foot traffic past your door. This is standard for true penthouse product in Ontario's premium towers.
Full Terrace with Outdoor Kitchen
Wraparound or multi-direction terrace space ranging from 500–2,000 sq ft — designed and finished to the same standard as the interior. Stone tile, glass railings, gas connections, and outdoor kitchen rough-ins are included in most penthouse packages.
Custom Finish Packages
Penthouse buyers typically work directly with the builder's design team to specify finishes beyond the standard décor menu: book-matched stone slabs, custom millwork, bespoke hardware, specific appliance integrations. This is a different process from the standard décor centre appointment.
Multiple Parking + Storage
Most penthouse packages include 2–3 parking spaces and full-size storage lockers, included in the purchase price. Some include private wine storage or dedicated service entrances.

Penthouse allocations are typically confirmed 6–18 months before the general platinum launch, through the builder's direct relationships with top-volume platinum brokers. Buyers are invited to an individual presentation — not a group event — where they review the penthouse floor plan, finish specifications, terrace layouts, and building amenity package.
