Tier 2 โ€” VIP Broker

SECOND

A broader group of perhaps 50โ€“200 registered brokerages. Invited after platinum events. Still better than the public, but cream has already been taken. Many "VIP access" promotions you see advertised are actually tier 2, not platinum.

Tier 3 โ€” Priority Registrant

THIRD

People who registered directly on the builder's website or attended a builder preview event. After platinum and VIP broker events.

One Critical Rule

If you attend a builder's sales centre, model suite, or registration event directly โ€” without a broker โ€” you may lose the ability to be represented by us on that project. Builders track buyer registration and commission co-operation separately from direct sales. Always register through a broker first, before visiting any builder site.
